About Us
Griefline is a national not-for-profit organisation that supports anyone experiencing grief.
Our mission is to normalise grief by having courageous conversations and supporting communities to grow from loss.
We do this by offering a variety of services that provide help-seekers the opportunity to access free grief support and resources, no matter where they are or what time of the day it is.
We support people who are struggling to cope with grief, relating to all types of loss including death, divorce, illness, homes, livelihoods and other significant losses.
Many of the people we help have had their loss dismissed by others who don’t have the time, courage or tools to face their grief with them.
We are aware that the world has changed and as an organisation, we are always ready to adapt and effectively respond to the changing needs of the whole community, nationally.
Our commitment
